Day 27: A Picture of Our Pet
Raymond and I have a female Golden Retriever named Lua. Raymond surprised me with her on our one year wedding anniversary. We had been talking about getting a dog for awhile, but didn't know what kind to get. I had always been used to small dogs. Growing up we had one Mini Poodle named Cinnamon. Raymond was used to having Labrador Retrievers and Golden's his whole life. So we compromised and decided that getting a Golden Retriever would be a great family dog for us. So on May 30, 2009, when Raymond opened the front door after arriving home from work, in walks a 10-week old Golden Retriever puppy. I remember like it was yesterday! She brings so much joy to our family and is the sweetest dog I know. Raymond and I love her so much, she's our baby.
