A Photo That Makes Me Sad

As most of you already know I'm pro life and have a heart for the unborn. I'm part of a student group, Campus Pregnancy Resources, at UNLV where we provide pregnant and parenting women on campus with the resources they need to continue on with their pregnancy as well as their education. You can find us on facebook at our page here or at our group here. Check out our blog too! According to The Center of Bio-Ethical Reform, each year in the U.S. approximately 1.37 million abortions take place. Worldwide, this number jumps to 42 million! These figures alone make my heart break, but nothing makes me sadder than seeing the aftermath. The picture above, I'm sorry it's pretty small, is of a 10 week old's arm. It is laid across a quarter so that you can get a better understanding of a person's size at 10 weeks. It makes me sad knowing that millions of innocent lives are taken due to abortion each year. It is my prayer though, that the hearts of the women we meet through CPR will be so radically changed to choose life for their baby, and by that we will save more lives. You can visit Abortionno.org to read more statistics. The videos and photos that are on this website are graphic, but are there to raise more awareness of the truth about abortion and to further educate men and women about the growing person inside the mother's womb.
